Lizzie’s has been tantalizing the nation with our baked delights for over 30 years. Liz & Trevor Judd founded the business in 1988, coming from a history of baking with four generations of family heritage behind them. The bakery is SALSA certified and showcases an array of scrumptious own brand handmade delights including a selection of café styled and food-to-go cakes. The business also offers its capabilities in manufacturing own-label products.
The Lizzie's Team
Lizzie's have a long serving, dedicated and talented team. Mark Speary is our longest serving member and staff and has been with us since 1997 and our newest member of staff, Sabine Fenato joined us in November 2019 as Technical Manager and is working hard to obtain BRC status for Lizzie’s.

We have products for all tastes, and we are registered with Coeliac UK, which guarantees that our ever expanding, delicious, gluten free range is suitable for anyone with a gluten intolerance. We also have an amazing and growing vegan range.

Lizzie’s wholesale a varied range of sweet and savoury options to independent food outlets in London and the South East, as well as coffee chains, schools and businesses throughout the UK. Our expanding distribution network allows us to meet the ever-growing demand for our handcrafted baked goods, all made here on our own premises in Sussex. We can also serve customers further afield by courier.
