Definitions

Lizzie’s Food Factory, registered address is Unit 2, 51 Victoria Rd, Burgess Hill, West Sussex RH15 9LH. If you need to contact us, please use the contact form on this website.

Products

All goods are subject to availability, we reserve the right to substitute goods to an equal or higher value if the products that you require are not available. We will endeavour to contact you before substitution, however deliveries are time critical, and there may not be time to contact you.

Payment

Payment will be via Worldpay. This is a secure and trusted website. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard and Maestro Cards, in £ sterling only. All orders are credit card sanctioned before dispatch. This means that you must provide us with the correct details, before the order is processed. You will be required to provide the registered address of the Credit Card holder. This is used to validate your order. Incorrect details given will result in a delay in processing your order.

Cancellations

You may, for any reason, cancel your order up to 1pm on the day of dispatch. Cancellations can be made on the service number 01444 235566. A full refund will be given.

Complaints

Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any complaints regarding our products or service, please e.mail us via our contact page or call us on 01444 235566, during office hours.

Corporate Orders

We welcome any large business orders, and can personalise your delivery with sufficient notice. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Gift Messages

We reserve the right to reject any messages that we consider might offend the recipient for defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, menacing, or in breach of confidence or copyright.

Delivery Process

Delivery to mainland UK only (excluding Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland) Orders are accepted until 1p.m. for next day delivery Monday to Thursday. Delivery days will be Tuesday to Friday. Bank Holidays and non-working days are exceptions. All orders will require a signature on delivery. Delivery will usually occur between 9am and 5pm Please indicate an alternative delivery method (e.g. leave in porch, leave with neighbour). We do not accept responsibility for delivery if a signature is not provided. Should the courier be unable to deliver, a card will be left explaining how to contact the courier company, and re-arrange delivery.

Please ensure that we have the correct address for delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly addressed parcels. If the delivery address is a business address, the parcel will deem to have been delivered if it is signed for at reception. We regret that we cannot accept orders from, or send deliveries to, an address with a PO Box number

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order in any way Lizzie’s will refund your money, provided the goods are returned within 7 days of receipt, are intact (all original goods present) and in their original packaging.

Please note: If delivery is requested without a signature (e.g. Instructions to courier to leave in porch or with neighbour) Lizzie’s cannot be held responsible for items that go missing, once correctly delivered, and our refund policy will not apply.
